Luca holds a degree in interior design and 3D design from the New Design University and combines his formal training with a deep passion for design. His wide-ranging expertise enables him to craft innovative solutions across multiple disciplines, always with an unwavering commitment to design excellence.

You've been deeply involved in design and visualization both during and before your studies, working on a wide variety of projects. How does this wide range of experiences shape your thinking and working methods, and how does it affect your approach to projects?

Over time, I have repeatedly been asked for design advice by friends and family, and sometimes these became real projects–like my parents' kitchen, for example. These hands-on projects helped me develop a sense for everyday and realistic requirements.

In contrast, my studies taught me the importance of unleashing creativity without constraints. When you temporarily set aside real-world limitations–whether financial or environmental–you can create things that exceed your own expectations.

Now it's about uniting these two sides. So, I try to approach projects in such a way that I first go through as many variants as possible–however absurd they may seem–and then I slowly narrow them down until an extraordinary but feasible solution crystallizes.

How does your exceptional spatial visualization skills and ability to think three-dimensionally help you, especially at the beginning of developing creative concepts?

In the early stages of projects, when work typically begins with sketches and two-dimensional thinking, my spatial visualization skills let me quickly assess which ideas are worth pursuing and which should be discarded.

I then mentally go one step further in my head, search for comparable cases or objects that I've encountered before, and then apply this to the situation.

I have experienced several times how something makes complete sense in a floor plan, but when you look at the situation three-dimensionally, only then are you reminded of things you hadn't considered, such as sight lines or light incidence.

I will say that I've learned from these experiences.
