On April 2, 2025, a powerful statement was made for the visibility of women in technical and scientific professions at the MINT (STEM) meets ART vernissage at gallery twenty-six in Vienna's 1st district.
Guided by the MINTality Foundation's motto "You can be more than your role," guests from the worlds of art, culture, politics, and business came together in a festive setting for a special exhibition. The goal was to break down classic stereotypes and role models through art and to spotlight visibility, diversity, and equality in STEM careers.
The evening showcased entries from a nationwide competition among female art students, who explored themes of gender roles, diversity, and women's presence in STEM through moving, creative, and sometimes provocative artwork. A prestigious jury from the realms of both art and business (including renowned artist Xenia Hausner) selected six exceptional pieces. These works were then presented and auctioned to enthusiastic bidders who demonstrated both genuine interest and solid support for the cause.
We were responsible for the event planning and implementation in partnership with the MINTality Foundation. Together, we crafted an evening that challenged perspectives, sparked inspiration, and offered fresh viewpoints on professional roles, societal expectations, and the creative possibilities at the intersection of technology and art.
