On October 16 and 17, 2024, Artificial Intelligence took center stage at the Economic Chamber.

Over two consecutive days, different target groups were invited to an international conference at the Vienna Economic Chamber. The event aimed at providing a broad expertise on the topic of Artificial Intelligence and, at the same time, an ideal opportunity to learn, discuss, establish contacts, and network. In addition to high-profile keynote speakers, engaging panel discussions, and B2B conversations, attendees also had the opportunity to stop at various themed stations and experience AI up close.

In collaboration with the Innovation and Digitalization Department and Advantage Austria, we were responsible for the detailed planning, the space and stage design, as well as the implementation of both conference days.

In the Christoph Leitl Lounge, we faced the challenge of displaying content without blocking the vistas of the stunning Vienna cityscape from the 12th floor. In order to maintain an unobstructed view, we used a transparent LED wall to display content, an innovation that made both things possible.

We were tasked with conceiving a stage design for the hybrid conference hosted in the Julius Raab Hall that would incorporate the event theme and focus completely on the content. We worked with various materials and, together with the Signature Group, developed a bespoke stage design that ideally supported the atmosphere of the event.
